Consumer Law

Abstract

To study the different legal techniques for the protection of consumers and users, analyzing their situation of vulnerability and reviewing the solutions adopted in the different existing legal systems. Particular attention will be paid to phenomena such as misleading advertising, e-commerce, package travel, the concept of consumer, banking contracts, unfair competition, unfair terms, out-of-court dispute resolution solutions, etc.
