With the approval and entry into force of Law 281 of 30 July 1998 which established the National Council of Consumers and Users (CNCU) and legitimized consumer associations to act to protect collective interests, the Institutions have now and finally contributed to the improvement and strengthening of the position of the consumer whose rights, also due to the positive contribution of many regulations issued by the European Union, are now recognized.

Our company is operating a traditional sicilian property consisting of a 1790 historical winery building and the surrounding fields, located in an urban context at the edge of Catania city. We operate two main businesses 2) Wine tourism under the "Etna Urban Winery" brand , consisting in wine tours and tastings, in close cooperation with our sister company that is a commercial winery located just next to us 2) Events - under the brand "Petralonga" , mostly private events

Associazione Culturale Santa Briganti

The Associazione culturale Santa Briganti was established in 2007 in Vittoria (RG) as a cultural resistance project that produces, promotes and organizes events to bring positive effects on the cultural, social and economic level. Its main activities are the Teatro Aperto, a contemporary theater festival, and the International Scenica Festival, which has been held in Vittoria since 2009 and recognized by MIBAct as one of the seven contemporary circus festivals of national interest.

The Cantina Sperimentale Iblea Cultural Association - Cultural and Artistic Center

The Cantina Sperimentale Iblea cultural association was born in Noto in the province of Syracuse on 24 April 2012, with the aim of promoting artistic, cultural and social aggregation activities in the regional and national territory. From 2013 to today, the association has been the main promoter, with the constant support of the municipality of Noto, the Italian Ministry of Culture and private sponsors, of the multidisciplinary festival (theater, music, cinema, contemporary art) Codex Festival.

Associazione Isola Quassùd

Isola Quassùd was founded in Catania in 2004. Its primary aim is that of promoting encounters among different cultures as a means of socio-cultural enrichment. It promotes good practices in the field of theatre, culture and arts in general, encouraging and supporting creativity of young people in the artistic field.

Associazione Talità Kum

The Talità kum association is located in Librino, on the outskirts of Catania. Volunteers and operators take care of minors in the area from 0 to 16 years. The services are open for free every day. In the morning, for children from 0 to 3 years, there is the Nursery, in the afternoon a Play Area for children from 3 to 5 years, and the Aggregation Center for children from 6 to 16 years with after-school activities and workshops . The association also deals with parenting support thanks to the help of professionals and meetings for pregnant women and mothers in difficulty.

Agire Società Cooperativa Sociale

Agire (Italian for to act) is a cooperative founded in 2012 that deals with social inclusion through projects allowing disabled people to be included in working contexts and specific activities. In 2017 a new project was started managing the municipal cultural sites with the objective of making them totally accessible; this goal has been partially achieved through Italian Sign Language tours, Braille writing routes and improvements for people with mobility impairment.

MetaCometa APS

MetaCometa APS is an association of families who welcome minors temporarily removed from their family of origin following a provision by the Juvenile Court. Metacometa was born in Sicily and has been operating for over twenty years. It is present today in Calabria, Marche and Friuli. MetaCometa, in addition to reception within families, operates with a family home, two co-housing, two centers for semi-residential reception and is involved in various projects to combat child maltreatment and the contrast of educational poverty.
